Thursday, 4 December 2008 Working together with Ace Amusements Highlands Pty Ltd has been a pleasure over the past few years. They have always proven to be very reliable and extremely professional. As this is a family owned and operated business, I love the fact that Troy took their children with them to events and have enough staff to assist on the day, ensuring each and every piece of equipment is fully supervised. The staff have new uniforms which makes them stand out and be noticed. This ensures the general public know who they can approach for assistance. They were very accomodating in there pricing structure in relation to supply of jumping castles and their tattooing. I only had a limited budget and they were very obliging. In relation to service, they were outstanding. They are reliable and pro-active and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I have now had the opportunity to use Ace Amusement Highlands Pty Ltd on a few occasions,in particular for large scale events, catering for over 500 people. Their staff are always extremely helpful and professional, and arrive early to ensure the castle is up and running on time. Many residents also comment on how much fun the castles are and how they add to the success of the event. Other rides including Dodgem Track, giant slide Sizzler, Twister, Mechanical Bull etc can also be organised. Also we can organise Snow cones, fairy floss and side shows!! We also have Airbrush Tattoos available Every child, teenager and adult loves to get a tattoo, and we have a wide range to choose from.
